Not stopping there, Lund then uses a 3-step powder coating process for enhanced chip resistance. Best of all, Lund applies exacting production standards for the Original Bar Billet Grille. Each bar is precisely gapped to .35", and the complete lack of visible welds gives your billet grille a seamless, clean finish. Backed by a Lifetime Warranty. While Lund Billet Grilles are designed to bolt-over your existing stock grille, some applications require drilling and/or cutting during the installation.
