Description   AEM Brute Force Air Intake 99-05 Chevy Silverado/ GMC Sierra, 00-05 Avalanche, Suburban, Tahoe, Yukon, Yukon XL . 02-05 Cadillac Escalade, Escadle ESV, Escalade EXT. All AEM intakes are CNC mandrel bent from 6061 aluminum on our computerized CNC benders using data acquired from our digital CMM, Every system is then verified for fitment against a fixture to ensure a perfect fit every time. AEM hand-TIG weld the fittings and brackets on all of there intake systems for the best durability. AEM also took bracket reinforcement one step further by incorporating a load distribution flange beneath the mounting bracket that spreads the stress under load across a broader area of the intake piping. Twist your rig on the toughest trails and know that your AEM intake will stay intact! BRUTE FORCE intakes include a steel heat shield that features a durable carbon-black powdercoating for lasting good looks. We design our heat shields to protect the filter from dirt and debris and to keep hot underhood air away from the element for a cooler intake air charge. We are proud to introduce the first dry performance air filter, the AEM DRYFLOW Synthetic air filter. The DRYFLOW is independently tested to have a filter efficiency of 99.4% and it filters down to one micron of particulate. It NEVER needs oiling, which eliminates vehicle warranty issues and reduces service time. Its also incredibly durable.
